Currently, the Knightsbridge project has taken significant shape on-site. Ground floor columns stand prominently for several units, with Villa 59 having already commenced formwork for the second-floor slab, indicating that structural progress is advancing in an orderly and stable manner. LEOS engineers are conducting stringent quality inspections and technical guidance at every stage to ensure full compliance of concealed works. With the continuous expansion of the on-site MEP team, we are performing thorough checks and rational adjustments to the utilities for each unit, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality handover ahead.

In May, the WG3 project officially entered the critical phase of residential floor construction. Our engineering team is currently concentrating on structural works for the First Floor (1F), establishing this level as the structural benchmark for all subsequent residential floors. Through meticulous supervision of every construction sequence, we are translating the workforce’s hard work into high-quality building entities. Following the completion of extensive masonry works this month, various degrees of puttying progress are now visible from the Ground Floor (G) to the P2 level. All activities within the WG3 project are being executed perfectly in line with the scheduled plan, demonstrating the team’s exceptional project control capabilities.

Despite the recent festive period of Eid Mubarak, the WG2 project has maintained a robust construction pace throughout May, with the main structure steadily progressing to column works on the 7th Floor. In terms of secondary structures, masonry works for the 1st and 2nd Floors have been completed, while progress on the 3rd Floor has reached 50%, with the corresponding MEP team synchronizing conduit embedding operations. Furthermore, plastering works for the show unit are more than 50% complete, signifying our steady delivery on commitments regarding premium finishing quality.
