Weybridge Gardens continues to see steady progress across its construction phases. Structural work is fully completed, while block work has advanced to the 11th floor. Internal plastering has been completed up to the 8th floor, with the 9th and 10th floors progressing at 30%. Internal painting has started and is now 50% complete up to the 5th floor.
Floor tiling is complete up to the 3rd floor, and work on the 4th and 5th floors has reached 40% completion. Wall tiling has progressed to the 2nd floor, with 50% of work completed on the 3rd and 4th floors. False ceiling installations are underway on the 1st and 2nd floors, with 40% of the work completed. External plastering has begun and is currently at 25%.
With 260 workers onsite contributing 473,278 cumulative man-hours, the project is now 59% complete and advancing toward its next milestones.
