Jake holds overall executive responsibility for LEOS Developments' operations, growth strategy and international expansion. His role spans the full lifecycle of a development — from land acquisition and feasibility, through construction management and RERA/DLD compliance, to handover and the reputation work that follows it.
Jake brings more than a decade across real estate development, operations, facilities management, customer experience and business leadership. He was appointed CEO in January 2026, succeeding Rui Liu. In 2026, Jake was named to Property News International's Power 100 Property Leaders list, recognising his focus on the operational infrastructure required to scale a design-led company responsibly: acquisition discipline, contractor quality control, regulatory compliance.
Jake's experience spans the full development process, from identifying land with genuine location fundamentals through to delivery and handover. That experience underpins LEOS's active pipeline — Hadley Heights 2, the Weybridge Gardens series and Knightsbridge — each moving through construction under the same operational standard.
