Construction momentum remained robust at WG3. With the successful completion of the Podium Levels 4 and 5, the project has officially transitioned into the residential Levels construction phase. Concurrently, as masonry work and plastering commenced at the ground floor, MEP teams progressed in parallel with drainage installation and conduit embedding. Through meticulous scheduling, the LEOS team and the contractor are actively compressing lead times between trades. Our commitment is to optimize the timeline without compromising quality, bringing forward the delivery of this landmark development for our investors.

WG2 reached a critical milestone this month, with the main structure advancing to the rebar tying stage of Floor 6th, signalling the start of the final 50% sprint. On the ground floor, the team is progressing steadily with MEP and fit-out works: wall chasing and conduit embedding have been successfully completed, and the site is now ready for plastering. All activities remain strictly on schedule, progressing at a controlled, steady, and rapid pace.

This month, while continuously advancing raft foundation and waterproofing work on Knightsbridge, we successfully overcame adverse weather impacts such as heavy rain. The project has passed DM (Dubai Municipality)’s on-site quality inspection and entered the next procedure of the foundation structure, with overall construction progressing steadily and rapidly. With the formal mobilization of the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) subcontractor, MEP reservation, embedding, and comprehensive pipeline work have been orderly initiated.
