CONSTRUCTION UPDATES

We are delighted to share updates on Hadley Heights, our first residential project in Dubai.
Located in Jumeirah Village Circle, a master-planned development created by world-leading master developer Nakheel, Hadley Heights by LEOS is the latest residential community to be launched in this popular neighbourhood.
Since officially launching Hadley Heights in March 2023, we have appointed National Piling Company to carry out vital piling works and we are pleased to report that this stage is now at its completion stage.
Soon we will commence the next construction phase, which involves the building’s superstructure works.
We are currently at the last stage of the main works tender phase, aiming to appoint our main contractor by the end of July.
A groundbreaking ceremony over the summer will formally mark the commencement of the works by the appointed main contractor.
We look forward to bringing you further progress updates on this exciting project that will positively impact the thriving JVC community.
