Hadley Heights (February 2025)
JUMEIRAH VILLAGE CIRCLE, DUBAI
Hadley Heights is now in its final stages, with construction reaching 88% completion. Structural work, block work, internal plaster, and false ceiling installation have all been completed. Internal painting has reached the 22nd floor, with 80% of the work done, while external painting is nearly finished at 90%. The finishing touches are also well underway. Floor and wall tiling are now complete, and the elevators have been fully installed. Wooden doors up to the 21st floor have been fitted, with work on the 22nd floor at 80% completion. Joinery work up to the 7th floor is finished, and progress is ongoing between the 8th and 11th floors. Aluminum work has been completed up to the 21st floor, with the 22nd floor now at 75%. External enhancements are taking shape, with aluminum cladding at 95% completion and external stone cladding at the podiums progressing at 65%. The aluminum louvers at the podiums are finished, and the swimming pool is in its final stages at 95% completion. Currently, 520 workers are engaged on-site, contributing 33,460 man-hours this period, bringing the total to an impressive 1,760,621 cumulative man-hours.
Weybridge Gardens (February 2025)
DUBAILAND, DUBAI
Weybridge Gardens 1 is progressing at a steady pace, now 65% complete.
- The structure and block work have been finalized, and internal plastering has been completed up to the 11th floor, with work on the roof floor ongoing at 50%.
- External plastering has reached the 11th floor, with 80% completed.
- Interior finishes are advancing well, with internal paint up to the 10th floor at 70% completion.
- Floor tiling has been completed up to the 10th floor, with work on the 11th floor halfway through.
- Wall tiling is finished up to the 8th floor, with the 9th and 10th floors now at 50%.
- Additional work includes the false ceiling installation on the 1st and 2nd floors, currently 80% complete.
- Aluminum doors and windows are in progress up to the 3rd floor, at 75%, while wooden doors have reached 30% completion on the same floors.
- MEP work up to the 10th floor is progressing steadily at 45%.
A dedicated team of 320 workers is on-site, having completed 20,539 man-hours this period, with a total cumulative of 610,927 man-hours to date.
Hadley Heights (December 2024)
Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC)
At Hadley Heights, the construction is nearing completion, with several critical phases already finalized. The structural work, block work, and internal plastering are all complete. False ceiling installations have progressed well, with work up to the 20th floor finished and the 21st and 22nd floors currently 60% complete. Internal painting has reached 75% completion on all 22 floors. Floor tiling is entirely done, while wall tiling is finished up to the 20th floor, with the remaining two floors halfway completed.
External plastering on the typical floors is fully finalized, and wooden door installations are complete up to the 20th floor, with the top floors at 50%. Similarly, aluminum work has reached the same progress. Balcony handrails have been installed up to the 18th floor. The roof waterproofing is completed, ensuring structural durability. Aluminum cladding has reached 85% completion, and the external stone cladding on podiums is at 60%. The swimming pool is 80% complete, signaling the final stages of work.
Currently, 610 workers are engaged onsite, contributing to a cumulative total of 1,524,000 man-hours. The project has reached an overall completion status of 83%, with final touches underway.
