At Hadley Heights, the construction is nearing completion, with several critical phases already finalized. The structural work, block work, and internal plastering are all complete. False ceiling installations have progressed well, with work up to the 20th floor finished and the 21st and 22nd floors currently 60% complete. Internal painting has reached 75% completion on all 22 floors. Floor tiling is entirely done, while wall tiling is finished up to the 20th floor, with the remaining two floors halfway completed.
External plastering on the typical floors is fully finalized, and wooden door installations are complete up to the 20th floor, with the top floors at 50%. Similarly, aluminum work has reached the same progress. Balcony handrails have been installed up to the 18th floor. The roof waterproofing is completed, ensuring structural durability. Aluminum cladding has reached 85% completion, and the external stone cladding on podiums is at 60%. The swimming pool is 80% complete, signaling the final stages of work.
Currently, 610 workers are engaged onsite, contributing to a cumulative total of 1,524,000 man-hours. The project has reached an overall completion status of 83%, with final touches underway.
