Weybridge Gardens is fast approaching its final milestone, with site completion now exceeding 90% and final-stage works progressing seamlessly across the development.

All concrete and masonry works have been fully completed, providing a robust foundation for the exceptional finishing now underway. Metal installations are 92% complete, and woodworks, including premium cabinetry and interior fittings, have passed the 87% mark.
Doors and windows are being installed with precision, now at 89% completion. Interior finishes from elegant tiling to bespoke paintwork and decorative features are advancing steadily, reaching 87%.

Accessory installation is nearly complete at 96%, while external works such as landscaping and façade enhancements are also moving forward with momentum, now at 85%.

With all major works in their final phase and finishing details being perfected, Weybridge Gardens remains firmly ahead of schedule. Hadley Heights is now 93% complete, with the project in its final polishing stages ahead of handover. All critical structural and finishing works have been finalized, including concrete works/structures (100%), blockwork, internal plaster, false ceilings, and wall tiling (100%). Floor tiling is nearly complete at 99.9%, with only minor snagging remaining.

Internal and external painting is substantially finished, while wooden doors (98.78%) are in the final installation phase. Joinery works are progressing swiftly, with wardrobes (75%) and kitchen cabinets (75%) well underway. The facade is 99.1% complete, with aluminum cladding and stonework at the podiums in their final touches.

The swimming pool is operational, pending final inspections, and light fittings (90%) are being installed. Aluminum works, including windows and louvers, are fully completed. With only finishing works and quality checks remaining, Hadley Heights is on track for a seamless and timely delivery.

The team is now focused on final inspections, testing, and snagging to ensure the highest standards are met for future residents.

Construction at Weybridge Gardens 1 has now reached 70% overall completion, with significant progress achieved across all major work packages. The structural phase is fully complete, with concrete works, blockworks, and plastering (99.5%) effectively finished. External works are advancing well, with external plaster at 97.1% and the roof canopy 50% installed, while aluminum doors and windows stand at 64% completion.

Inside the building, floor tiling has reached 84.44% completion, with wall tiles nearly finished at 97%. Wet area waterproofing is 75.3% complete, supporting the ongoing installation of vanities (30%). The MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) works are progressing steadily at 59.5%, while false ceilings are 40% installed. Joinery works have commenced, with kitchen cabinets at 20% and wardrobes at 20% completion. The swimming pool construction is underway at 25%, with groundwork and structural forming in progress.

With these milestones achieved, the project remains on track for its scheduled completion. Our team is focused on maintaining quality while accelerating progress in the remaining works, ensuring Weybridge Gardens 1 meets the highest standards upon handover.
