Structural works are well underway at 35%, as foundations and concrete frames rise across the site. Mechanical and electrical installations have also picked up momentum, reaching 25% and 22%, respectively, ensuring smooth integration for upcoming phases.
Meanwhile, site works stand strong at 85%, while external works hit 20% setting the groundwork for the next stage of construction.
With every milestone, Weybridge Gardens 2 moves closer to taking shape, formed with quality, speed, and LEOS excellence.

Weybridge Gardens 1 is now approaching full completion, with overall progress at 98%. The project has moved into its final stage, focusing on the last finishing touches across all areas.
All structural, concrete, and masonry works have long been finalised, while metal and wood installations are practically complete at 99%. Doors, windows, and interior finishes, including painting, tiling, and décor, are now at 95%, giving the development its final refined look.
External works and landscaping have also made strong progress, now standing at 96%, shaping the community’s vibrant outdoor spaces.
