The Old Courthouse was an urban redevelopment project in Luton town centre. The project consisted of the conversion of existing office space into residential studios, whilst maintaining operations within the occupied Court and DSS sections of Cresta House.

Hadley Heights has been awarded by International Property Awards (IPA) “Best High-Rise Residential Development” representing Dubai in the Arabian Awards category.

The International Property Awards recognises excellence across the globe and LEOS is very proud to have won its first award in Dubai.
In the awards submission in August LEOS clearly detailed the extent to which Hadley Heights has been designed and created to incorporate sustainability, innovation and ultimately an environmentally astute residential community in the heart of Dubai which caters for the discerning homeowner on many levels.
