Key Responsibilities:

• Register and qualify new potential clients.

• Ability to sell off-plan properties.

Key Requirements:

• At least one years’ experience in real estate sales.

• KPI and financially driven.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Head of International Sales
Location: Dubai

This is a full-time role responsible for the overseeing and implementation of the company’s international sales policies, procedures, objectives and initiatives and spearheading the company’s efforts in international territories through sales trips, roadshows and related events.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of international real estate agents, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage customer accounts and travel within the local assigned geographical area to drive business into the specific country/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.
• Train, and mentor a high-performing team of international real estate agents.
• Set clear performance expectations and to provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and productivity. and track key performance metrics.
• Designing and managing an international sales and brokers engagements initiatives and activities.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company international sales goals.
• Create and implement effective promotional campaigns to drive sales.
• Identify opportunities for brand exposure and community involvement.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of head of department and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience with strong knowledge & proven experience in real estate sale.
• Strong knowledge of international businesses and Real estate business trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Must have valid UAE driving license.

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced real estate team member to join our team in London.

The right candidate will be responsible for managing assets and acquisitions, as well as supporting the real estate development process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in asset management and land acquisition coupled with a solid understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities and perform due diligence.
• Assist in negotiating and structuring real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, owners and investors.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Analyse financial and market data to make informed investment decisions.
• Develop and manage financial models to assess investment opportunities and risks.
• Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage real estate assets, including leasing and property management.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Assist in the real estate development process, from feasibility studies to project completion.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in real estate.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
