Everyone onsite is fully committed to delivering exceptional results and hitting construction timelines.
- Slab roof and upper roof slabs completed.
- Roof parapet completed.
- Slab on grade on the ground floor is 95% in progress.
- Block work completed on podium floors, 13th, 14th, 15th & 16th floor. 17th floor in progress 45% , 18th floor in progress 20%.
- Plasterwork (internal) on 11th & 12th completed and 13th floor in progress 50%, 14th floor in progress 20%.
- External plaster elevations 1 & 2 & 3 are completed, at podium level.
- Floor tile on 9th & 10th floors are completed, 11th floor in progress 25%.
- Wall tile on 6th & 7th floors are completed, 8th floor in progress 50%.
- External plaster on typical floors in progress 40%.
- Wooden doors on 1st to 5th floors 90%.
- Aluminum work 1st to 6th floors 90%.
