CURRENT OPENING
Accountant
- Reconciliation of all non-cash transaction related Balance Sheet accounts Fixed and Intangible Assets, Prepayments, Deferred income contributing to accurate management and statutory reporting.
- To design, with input from the FD, comprehensive monthly dashboard reports and implement them.
- Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the chart of accounts, preparing VAT, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.
- Prepare financial report. Reconcile bank statements.
- Manage all the accounting financial transactions by entering correct account information.
- Direct external and internal controls audits.
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by gathering and examining account information.
- Perform monthly and annual account closings.
- Maintaining financial security by following internal controls. Ensure payments are being made and received on time.
- Perform tasks in compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT Returns.
- Perform monthly Bank Reconciliations.
- Follow-up with clients on queries.
- Raise accruals to ensure that expenses are recorded in the appropriate financial periods.
- Prepare Statutory Accounts and relevant Corporation Tax Returns.
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business.
Senior Interior Designer: (UK Office)
- Develop initial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects, discuss requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and set project schedules.
- Understand project needs and the needs of the people using the building to develop design concepts and establish final briefs.
- Consider materials and costs according to budgets and negotiate project fees.
- Conduct feasibility studies for projects.
- Research and gather information and photographs relating to the project.
- Produce ‘sample’ or ‘mood’ boards to present in meetings.
- Source products, such as fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and dressing, and provide samples for clients.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Survey buildings.
- Supervise work at the design stage and on-site.
- Work closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules on larger projects, with architects and other design professionals to determine the best use of space, and with manufacturers and contractors.
- Keep up to date with new developments in the design industry.
- Act as a project manager for the client throughout the construction stage, coordinating the design on site and managing the construction team – this may be required in some roles.
Videographer: (Dubai Office)
- Writing scripts for the theme of videos to catch trendy and hot topics in creative approaches.
- Ability to shoot, edit and publish videos to our corresponding social media platforms.
- Impeccable time management skills to multi-task / prioritize assignments within deadlines.
- Candidates must be self-motivated, creative and have a sense of humor.
- Candidates should better be familiar with fans-appealing pattern to boost traffic to our social media platforms.
Construction Manage: (UK Office)
- Scheduling, coordinating and supervising multiple projects.
- Monitor and report regularly to the MD on corporate Construction Supervision.
- Establishing in-house monitoring and tracking procedures.
- Managing the estimating, scope development, scheduling, communications, budgets, and all related facets of quality construction and facilities management programs and projects.
- Directly supervising Operations staff members.
- Developing a stable relationship with and pipeline of high-quality contractors and consultants, negotiating contracts, developing performance standards, and holding contractors accountable.
- Contributing to strategic planning, including leased properties.
- Developing relationships with landlords and ensuring compliance with lease terms and conditions.
- Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets and approved timelines.
- Selects and manages consultants and contractors.
- Establish risk factors, then manage and mitigate them to ensure the construction goes on smoothly.
- Work closely with commercial and design teams in ensuring the best possible commercial success of each project, championing health and safety and quality standards.
- Establishing and maintaining a solid working relationship with local building officials and ensuring compliance with all codes and regulatory requirements.
- Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.
- Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
- Involve throughout the estimating process in the development of proposals and bids, which reflect accurate costs for the execution of work.
- Direct, support and monitor the performance of the Project Directors/Managers in all activities and issues related to Construction Supervision QA/QC and EHS.
- Implementation of policies and procedures to enable streamlining and measurement of execution of works.
