This month, while continuously advancing raft foundation and waterproofing work on Knightsbridge, we successfully overcame adverse weather impacts such as heavy rain. The project has passed DM (Dubai Municipality)’s on-site quality inspection and entered the next procedure of the foundation structure, with overall construction progressing steadily and rapidly. With the formal mobilization of the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) subcontractor, MEP reservation, embedding, and comprehensive pipeline work have been orderly initiated.

In this sacred month, the Weybridge Gardens 3 project team, through meticulous organization and efficient execution, has advanced structural work to Podium Level 3. After smoothly passing the DDA (Dubai Development Authority) inspection, the team is now fully engaged in the next stage of structural construction.

We have always prioritized project quality, which has become the consensus and common pursuit of LEOS engineers, consultants, and contractors. From precision control of each structural finishing to the craft quality of masonry, and to the recheck of positions of MEP embedded parts, the project team implements whole-process and refined quality inspections to ensure stable and controlled project quality.

In this sacred month, the Weybridge Gardens 2 project has completed the main structure construction of two floors, with the building height successfully rising to the 5th floor. This achievement is attributed to the meticulous planning and efficient execution of LEOS engineers and the construction team in procedure connection, resource organization, and site management.

Meanwhile, the plan for the benchmark units has been fully launched. Through early research and practice in the physical building, we aim to explore a “more humanized and higher-quality” presentation for your future living space.
